Injuries are never planned but here I am with a broken toe & the beginning of what looks like spring. Seeing everyone out there getting their session on while on the bench is torture. Watching while healing up is hell as you don’t have a say in the matter. The rug was ripped out from underneath you. But one things certain I finally took the time to start this blog. A quick thank you to Bob Loftin for the encouragement & brotherly shove.
